BCHW is committed to protecting your personal information. When you make a payment or donation, we may collect your name, billing address, email, phone number, and payment amount.
We do not store or access your full credit card number, CVV, or full expiration date. All sensitive payment information is processed securely by our PCI‑DSS compliant payment processor.

• Process payments and donations
• Provide receipts and confirmations
• Maintain membership and donation records
• Communicate about BCHW programs and renewals
We do not sell or share your information for marketing purposes.

By submitting a payment, you confirm that:
• You are authorized to use the card provided
• The payment is voluntary and accurate
• BCHW may contact you regarding your transaction
All payments are processed through secure, third‑party systems. BCHW does not store card data.
- Refund Policy
Membership Fees Non‑refundable except for duplicate payments, incorrect membership type, or administrative errors.
Donations Non‑refundable except for duplicate donations, incorrect amounts, or fraudulent transactions.
Event Fees Refunds follow event‑specific policies and deadlines.
Refund Requests Email: refundrequest@bchw.org Include your name, date of payment, amount, and reason for the request.
- PayPal Payments
When paying through PayPal:
• BCHW receives only your name, email, address, amount, and transaction ID
• BCHW does not receive your card number, CVV, or bank details
• Refunds are issued through PayPal and may take 5–10 business days
