JR DIVISION NEWSLETTER UPDATE GUIDELINES
1. It is the responsibility of the Jr. Division board to communicate with the general membership using the newsletter. This will encourage parents to bring their children.
It will also act as a source of information to keep the Jr. members aware of what has happened if they have missed a meeting and to update them for future meeting so they will be prepared for the upcoming activity or event.
2. The board will decide what information should be included in the newsletter.
Keep the information/article brief.
3. Fill out the NEWSLETTER UPDATE FORM and present it to the Newsletter writer within 1 week of the meeting to ensure its inclusion in the following newsletter.
4. Include items such as fundraisers, upcoming events, dates of rides, the next guest’s topic and required equipment, updates for ongoing issues, election results, etc…
